3.45 – 4.0 GHz 20 W High-Efficiency Power Amplifier
ICASP3540-20A is a high-efficiency DPD-friendly power amplifier designed for 5G NR FR1 band n77. This power amplifier is fully matched at input and output. It is realized in GaN technology and overmolded in a compact 26-pad 6 × 10 mm2 LGA package.
This amplifier is part of iCana’s high-efficiency 20 W PA RF product family designed for wireless infrastructure.

- High linearity: ACLR < -50 dBc at 33 dBm POUT (avg) with digital pre-distortion (5G signal, BW = 200 MHz)

- High power gain: 30 dB
- 50 Ω matched input and output
- Drain voltage: VDD = 28 V
- Compact 6.0 × 10.0 x 1.1 mm3 thermally enhanced LGA package
