Brecht François

Chief Technology Officer

As CTO, Brecht François drives innovation into iCana’s roadmap. Today, iCana’s products are delivering a broad audience from mobile infrastructure FR1 over mmWave beamforming and extending it to automotive connectivity. He has more than 15 years of experience in RF IC circuit design. Before starting his Professional career, Brecht received his PhD degree in 2014 from KU Leuven University after a research in the design of CMOS power amplifiers for different sub-6 GHz applications. Prior to joining iCana, Brecht was leading R&D of the 5G FEM for 5G infrastructure for Nokia networks. In the last part of his journey at Nokia, Brecht focused on the design of analog FEM for wireline applications (DSL and Cable) at Nokia Bell Labs.

Vincent Wei

VP of Engineering and Operations

Vincent Wei serves as General Manager of iCana Taiwan, supporting general operational affairs in G&A, HR, and Quality departments. Vincent also serves as Vice President of Manufacturing, responsible for semiconductor back-end operations in terms of assembly/testing development, product qualification, production control, and supply chain management. Prior to joining iCana, Vincent worked in the fields of RFIC/Power packaging, manufacturing, R&D, sales, and production for renowned industry leaders, such as Huawei Technologies and Tong Hsing Electronic Industries. He holds a PhD in Electronic Engineering from Chang Gung University with CMOS RFIC design, and has more than 20 years background in both IC design and semiconductor manufacturing.

Wendy Hsueh

VP of Finance & Administration

Wendy Hsueh, a graduate of National Taiwan University, is iCana’s Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining iCana, she served as APAC Finance controller spanning 15 years at Magma Design Automation, Phoenix Technologies, and Synopsys. Wendy possesses vast experience in finance and accounting within hi-tech multi-national enterprises, plus 10 years of experience in strategic planning and business control at the corporate level. She is familiar with key tax rulings in China, Taiwan, Singapore, and India, as well as with SOX / ISO9000 compliance, software revenue recognition, project costing, and ERP user experience. Wendy is business oriented with a broad knowledge base in other fields too, such as HR, facility management, sales operations, legal affairs, and stock affairs.
