4.2 – 5.1 GHz 8 W Wide Bandwidth Linear Power Amplifier

ICADP4251-8 is a wide operational bandwidth linear power amplifier designed for drone applications and small cells in the frequency range of 4200 MHz to 5100 MHz. The device is fully matched at input and output. It is realized in GaAs technology and overmolded in a compact 16-pin 5 x 5 mm2 LGA package that is pin-to-pin compatible with other iCana 8W power amplifiers.

This amplifier is optimized for high-reliability drone communication to provide maximum output power at target EVM levels while still providing excellent efficiency.
