3.7 – 5.3 GHz Dual-Channel Receiver Front-End Module
ARQSF3753-RX-A is a wide operational frequency range dual-channel, receiver front-end module (FEM) designed for 5G NR FR1 bands n77 and n79. Each channel consists of a SPDT switch and a two-stage LNA with bypass. The LNA provides high and low gain modes with 1.6 dB noise figure. The SPDT supports high power input signals up to 12 W average power with 10 dB PAR.
This FEM is part of iCana’s compact pin-to-pin compatible Rx FEM product family designed for Wireless Infrastructure.
