2.4 GHz Wi-Fi 7 and Wi-Fi 8 Front-End Module

ICAWF2101 is a high-power, high-performance integrated Front-End Module (FEM) designed for Wi-Fi 7 and Wi-Fi 8 (802.11be/bn) systems. The FEM consists of a fully integrated power amplifier (PA), low-noise amplifier (LNA), transmit/receive (T/R) switch, coupler and power detector. It is optimized for 5V operation and comes in a small 16-pin 3 x 3 mm2 QFN package that is pin-to-pin compatible within the product family.
